The bad breath conditions in human make the negative impact in the social lives. So it is essential to make the pleasant smell in the body. There are some of the suitable methods have been recommended to avoid the unpleasant bad odour. Some of the basic steps include proper maintaince of the teeth by regular brushing and proper cleaning twice a day. It has been also advised to avoid some food products which really increase the bad breath condition. Some of them include garlic, cheese, onions, and meat.
It has been also advised to the person to avoid the alcohol consumption and condition of smoking must be also avoided to make the good breath which results in strong social relationships. Consultation with the dentist at regular intervals will prevent this condition
